"We cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses, since we use UPS. Please have the item shipped to a
relative on the mainland. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the cart's contents are correct.
We're sorry, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they've been submitted,

We process orders very quickly,
and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it (we apologize
 for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing
times work to your advantage). The ship-to name and address you enter must be correct and complete
to avoid delays and address correction fees UPS could charge BackOnCampus.Com.
BackOnCampus.Com reserves the right to pass any charges on to you the customer
if the error was on the part of customer,

SHIPPING:   We will not be held liable for delivery delays other than when UPS makes a
mistake then UPS reimburses us for that mistake. Examples include when we ship via 2-day Air
but UPS loses the shipment and delivers it late. We would file a claim against UPS and when
refunded for the 2-day rate, we would refund that amount to you. Same applies for damaged/lost shipments.

. Returns of items which were shipped to you via free shipping will
result in a MINIMUM OF $7.50 RETURN FEE
to recover that up-front free shipping.
Returns of "from vendor" items may result in a re-stocking fee.
Do not return "from vendor"
items to us before first emailing us with your request. We may wish for the item to be
returned to that vendor and not to us. "
