if the error was on the part of customer,
SHIPPING: We will not be held
liable for
delivery delays other than when UPS
makes a
mistake then UPS reimburses us
for that
mistake.
Examples include when we ship via 2-day Air
but UPS loses the
shipment and
delivers
it late. We would file a claim against UPS and when
refunded for the
2-day rate, we would
refund
that
amount to you. Same applies for
damaged/lost shipments.

polices and procedures. Returns of items which were shipped to you via free shipping will
result
in a MINIMUM OF $7.50 RETURN FEE to recover that up-front free shipping.
Returns of "from vendor" items may result in a re-stocking fee. Do not return "from vendor"
items to us before first emailing us with your request. We may wish for the item to be
returned
to that vendor and not to us. "
